Refund and Returns Policy

 

This policy governs the returns and refunds for purchases made on mobizoom.co.uk, operated by LeadMark Ltd.

 

1. Our 30-Day Guarantee

 

We stand by the quality of our Mobile Screen Magnifiers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return for a refund or exchange.

After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging, and the packaging must be resealable (not torn or destroyed).

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

 

You must contact us before sending any item back. This allows us to issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and ensure your refund is processed quickly.

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to mobizoomuk@gmail.com.

  2. Subject Line: Use the subject line: "Return Request – [Your Order Number]".

  3. Details: In the email, clearly state your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  4. Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the exact return shipping instructions and address.

 

4. Shipping the Return

 

  • Return Address: Items must be returned to the address provided in our confirmation email (usually 58 Peregrine Road Hainault Ilford Essex IG6 3SZ).

  • Cost of Shipping (Buyer's Responsibility): If the return is due to a customer change of mind (e.g., ordered the wrong size, no longer wanted), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Cost of Shipping (Our Responsibility): If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

 

5. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, bank account, etc.), typically within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at mobizoomuk@gmail.com.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A clear description of the damage or defect.

  3. Photographic evidence of the damage.

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, either send you a free replacement or provide a full refund, including the cost of return shipping if applicable.
